I'll show you.'Įlayne/Aviendha - I definitely thought the knife Avienda gave Elayne was going to be the titular knife of dreams, but Elayne left it in a chest and it was never heard from again. I was definitely not disappointed, and it was a total whirlwind after the very slow pace of the previous ones. I've been trying and mostly successful at avoiding spoilers, and one of the things I'd heard was how good it was that KoD was RJ's last book because it was so good. I then got COVID, which has delayed me getting too far into the Gathering Storm (I'm on Ch4.) I am happy to say I loved it! I finished CoT 16 days ago, KoD on Saturday. Well, I think I read Knife of Dreams faster than any others in the series so far.
